The Brenner Group

The Brenner Group was a Silicon Valley professional services firm focused on interim financial management, restructuring, valuation, executive search, and financial advisory services for venture-backed and growth-stage technology companies. Founded in 1987, the firm built a long-standing reputation for providing interim CFO and controller services, 409A valuation support, and other finance and accounting solutions. In 2015, Armanino announced that The Brenner Group would become an Armanino company, and in 2017 Armanino said the business would be fully integrated into its outsourced finance and accounting practice. The company was not a biotech, pharma, or healthcare operating company and did not develop therapeutic products.
