Rather than operating as a drug developer, it functioned as a service provider to the pharmaceutical research industry, including comparator sourcing and management of investigational materials. The company appears to have been founded in the mid-1990s and was headquartered in Bastrop, Texas. In 2017, it was acquired by Caligor, a strategic clinical trial services company, and no independent drug pipeline is evident.
