The Marena Group

The Marena Group is a private healthcare products company that designs and manufactures medical-grade compression garments used primarily in post-surgical recovery and related support applications. The company serves plastic surgery centers, hospitals, medical providers, patients, and consumers, with product lines spanning post-operative recovery garments, mastectomy bras, maternity and postpartum support, lipedema management products, shapewear, and activewear. Marena emphasizes proprietary textile innovation, particularly its TriFlex fabric technology, along with in-house patterning, fit optimization, and U.S.-based manufacturing capabilities. The business is commercial-stage rather than a drug developer, and it does not appear to maintain a therapeutic pipeline in the biotech/pharma sense. In June 2025, The Marena Group was acquired from Riverside by CenterGate Capital and remains an active operating company.
