The Permanente Medical Groups

The Permanente Medical Groups are the physician-led organizations that provide medical care to Kaiser Permanente members across the United States. Comprising eight regional groups, they represent one of the largest medical systems in the country, focusing on an integrated, value-based care model known as Permanente Medicine.
