The Wellness Plan

The Wellness Plan (TWP) is a non-profit healthcare organization and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) based in Detroit, Michigan. Originally established in 1973 as one of the first Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) in the state, it has since transitioned into a direct provider of comprehensive primary and specialty medical services.
