The Zendo Project

The Zendo Project is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing psychedelic harm reduction and peer support services. Originally founded in 2012 as a program of the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS), it became an independent 501(c)(3) entity in 2023. The organization provides 'psychedelic first aid' at large-scale events and festivals, offering safe spaces and trained volunteers to assist individuals undergoing difficult psychological experiences. In addition to onsite services, The Zendo Project offers public training, educational resources, and integration support to promote safety and community within the psychedelic movement.
