Thera-T Pharmaceutics is an early-stage biotechnology company developing a novel class of cancer immunotherapies based on its proprietary Multi-Antigen T-Cell Hybridizers (MATCH) platform. Spun out of the University of Utah, the company's technology splits traditional bispecific antibodies into two distinct, modular components—a T-cell engaging fragment and a cancer-cell engaging fragment—functionalized with complementary oligonucleotides that self-assemble in vivo. This split-molecule architecture allows for modular multi-specificity to target multiple cancer antigens simultaneously, overcoming tumor heterogeneity and resistance. Additionally, Thera-T utilizes its COMPASS MATCH (COMPuter ASSisted MATCH) AI/ML-powered dose prediction model to personalize dosing, optimizing efficacy while significantly reducing T-cell over-activation and cytokine release syndrome toxicity.
