Overview
Therapex has initiated a Phase 1/2 clinical trial of its lead asset TRX-221 for patients with EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer who have developed resistance to third-generation therapies like Tagrisso. The program aims to address multiple resistance mutations with high blood-brain barrier permeability. Preclinical models showed strong efficacy in tumor remission compared to competitors.[3]
