Therapheresis is a clinical-stage biotechnology company that develops specialized medical devices for the treatment of advanced cancer. The company's core technology, known as the Lentz Method, is a form of therapeutic apheresis designed to selectively remove soluble Tumor Necrosis Factor receptors (sTNFRs) from a patient's blood. These soluble receptors are produced by tumors to neutralize the immune system's natural anti-cancer response.
