Overview
Therini Bio has completed a positive Phase 1a trial of its lead candidate THN391, a high-affinity humanized monoclonal antibody targeting fibrin-driven neuroinflammation. The therapy was well-tolerated with no serious adverse events or impact on coagulation, supporting once-monthly dosing. Preclinical data also support efficacy in models of Alzheimer’s disease and diabetic macular edema. The company plans to initiate further clinical studies in these indications.
