Tianjia (Nanjing) Biotechnology is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery and development of innovative small molecule therapies for metabolic and endocrine disorders. The company’s research centers on high-unmet-need areas such as non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), obesity, and muscle-wasting diseases like cachexia and sarcopenia. Its lead candidate, TJ-001, is a selective thyroid hormone receptor beta (THR-β) agonist currently in Phase 2 clinical trials for the treatment of NASH. Tianjia is also advancing a pipeline of selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs) and other metabolic-targeting assets.
