Tide Initiative

Tide Initiative is a California-based non-profit organization focused on addressing the global mental health crisis, specifically depression among students. Founded in 2017 by students from UC Berkeley, Stanford, and other leading institutions, the organization integrates education and technology to provide mental health resources. Its core offering is a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) curriculum developed in collaboration with psychologists from Stanford University. The initiative aims to empower teenagers with emotional regulation and intrapersonal skills through workshops and digital tools, targeting underserved regions worldwide.
