Tikun Olam is an Israeli-origin medical cannabis company focused on the research, development, cultivation, manufacturing, and commercialization of standardized cannabinoid-based products. The business pioneered regulated medical cannabis in Israel and built a portfolio of branded strains and formulations supported by clinical studies and large real-world patient datasets. Its products are marketed for symptom-focused use in pain, sleep, neurological, and gastrointestinal conditions, and the company has also pursued pharmaceutical partnerships around cannabis-based active pharmaceutical ingredients. The original Tikun Olam business was acquired by Cannbit Pharmaceuticals in 2019, after which the combined public company operated as Tikun Olam-Cannbit Pharmaceuticals while continuing to use the Tikun Olam brand. Today, Tikun Olam remains active as a commercial medical cannabis brand and broader international network spanning Israel, Europe, and North America.
