Overview
The BW CDMO Platform is a newly created European contract development and manufacturing organization formed by combining seven former Recipharm sites with Synerlab’s six facilities. It specializes in oral solid, semi-solid, liquid dosage forms as well as niche processes like freeze drying. The combined group serves over 120 customers globally with strong regulatory compliance records. The headquarters will be in the UK. The new corporate identity/name will be announced after regulatory approvals are finalized later in 2025. No clinical results apply since this entity provides services rather than developing its own drugs.
