Togetherall operates a clinically moderated online community providing instant and anonymous peer-to-peer mental health support. The service supplements conventional care by offering self-assessments, self-guided courses based on CBT and social support principles, creative expression tools, and access to licensed clinicians for risk management. Research suggests it can supplement traditional services; ongoing studies are evaluating its clinical impact. Over 4.6 million students from more than 400 institutions have access to the service globally. Approximately one-third of users report Togetherall as their only source of mental health help.
