Henan Topfond Pharmaceutical, commonly known as Topfond Pharma, is a prominent Chinese pharmaceutical enterprise focused on the research, development, and large-scale production of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and finished drug products. Established in 1969 and based in Zhumadian, Henan, the company has grown into one of China's largest production bases for antibiotics, specifically leading in the manufacture of spiramycin and lincomycin. Its diverse portfolio also includes significant offerings in cardiovascular, anti-diabetic, and digestive system medications. Formerly listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Topfond was merged into China Meheco Group under the state-owned China General Technology Group, strengthening its integrated supply chain and international export capabilities.
