Company intelligence / Profile preview
Toronto Medical Laboratories (TML) was a leading Canadian provider of diagnostic laboratory services, originally established as a joint venture between the University Health Network (UHN) and other Toronto-area healthcare institutions. The company offered a comprehensive suite of clinical laboratory and pathology services, including high-complexity testing in microbiology, genetics, and surgical pathology. TML also operated as a contract research organization (CRO), providing central laboratory services for global clinical trials. In 2002, the company was acquired by Gamma-Dynacare Medical Laboratories, and its operations were subsequently integrated into the Dynacare network, which is now a subsidiary of LabCorp.
