Overview
TotipotentRX developed autologous cell therapies using proprietary point-of-care platforms. It published positive Phase I/II data in critical limb ischemia (~40 months follow-up), received FDA acceptance for a Phase III trial design, demonstrated safety/feasibility of autologous PRP for chronic ulcers and bone marrow mononuclear cells for cardiac repair. In later years its clinical assets were spun off into ImmuneCyte Inc after acquisition by ThermoGenesis.
