Transcu Group was a Singapore-listed life sciences company that specialized in the development of transdermal drug delivery technologies. The company's core platform, Cell-in-Motion (CIM), utilized iontophoresis to enable the needle-free delivery of various therapeutic agents, including large molecules like insulin. Transcu's pipeline primarily focused on applications for diabetes management and local anesthesia, alongside a portfolio of cosmetic and green technology products. Following a period of financial distress and a lack of commercial success in its clinical programs, the company underwent a major restructuring in 2015. It subsequently changed its name to SinoCloud Group Limited and pivoted its business model to focus on the data center industry in China.
