TransInclusive Group

TransInclusive Group is a transgender-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in South Florida that provides community-based health and social support services for transgender, nonbinary, gender-diverse, and broader LGBTQ+ populations, with a strong focus on Black and Brown communities. Its service model includes in-home HIV testing, linkage to PrEP and PEP, STI testing referrals, case management, housing and crisis support, career development, and referrals for hormone replacement therapy and other gender-affirming care. The organization also engages in policy advocacy and community education aimed at reducing discrimination, stigma, and racial disparities tied to social determinants of health. Rather than developing therapeutics, it operates as a direct-service and advocacy organization delivering established prevention, navigation, and support programs in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
