TREAT U

Treat U is a Portuguese biotechnology company specializing in the development of targeted drug delivery systems for oncology. The company's proprietary PEV (Pegylated Enveloped Virus-like particles) platform enables the selective delivery of therapeutic payloads, such as chemotherapeutics or nucleic acids, directly to cancer cells and the tumor microenvironment. Their lead candidate, PEV-p05, is a targeted nanoparticle formulation of paclitaxel designed to treat triple-negative breast cancer by targeting the integrin alpha-v beta-3 receptor.
