TRIA Architects

TRIA is a Boston-based architecture and interior design firm focused on science and technology organizations, with notable expertise in life sciences, laboratory, GMP biomanufacturing, medical device, and workplace environments. The company provides architectural design, interior design, programming, planning, workplace evaluation, branding, and related design services rather than developing therapeutic products. Founded in 2015, TRIA built a regional reputation in Greater Boston for designing high-performance R&D and production spaces for biotech, pharmaceutical, and research clients. In November 2025, TRIA was acquired by HFA Architecture + Engineering, and its leadership was reported to remain in place as part of HFA’s expansion into the life sciences and technology sector.
