TRIAD Addiction Recovery Services

TRIAD Addiction Recovery Services was a Delaware nonprofit addiction counseling and recovery organization based in Wilmington, focused on affordable or no-cost counseling, referral, and education services for people and families affected by addiction. Historically rooted in a 12-step and counseling-based recovery model, TRIAD served adults with substance use and co-occurring behavioral health needs through outpatient-style services. The organization was originally known as Trinity Alcohol and Drug Program and later operated as an independent nonprofit. TRIAD is no longer a standalone active entity: it merged with Limen House, and the combined organization now operates as Limen Recovery + Wellness, which has expanded the continuum of care to include outpatient, intensive outpatient, residential treatment, and sober living services.
