Trials24 was an international leader in digital patient recruitment for clinical trials, helping biopharmaceutical companies and CROs accelerate enrollment globally. Their technology-driven approach included online awareness campaigns, real-world data-based feasibility studies, rapid contact centers with native language representatives across Europe, and end-to-end tracking of the patient journey. They consistently delivered 20–65% of randomized patients in client trials and shortened study durations by six months or more on average. In September 2024, they were acquired by SubjectWell to form the world’s largest global patient recruitment network.
