Company intelligence / Profile preview
Trichome JWC Acquisition is a Canadian federally licensed cannabis producer that acquired substantially all of the assets of James E. Wagner Cultivation in August 2020 and operated the business under the JWC name. The company cultivates, processes, packages, and sells cannabis products including flower, pre-rolls, hash, and kief from facilities in Kitchener, Ontario. It was initially a wholly owned subsidiary of Trichome Financial and became part of IM Cannabis following IM Cannabis' acquisition of Trichome in March 2021. In 2022, TJAC entered creditor protection together with affiliated entities, and in April 2023 its shares were sold through a court-approved restructuring transaction. TJAC appears to have continued as an operating legal entity after that sale, but under new ownership not clearly identified in public summaries.
