Beijing Trimmune Biotech Co., Ltd. ("Trimmune") is a China-based biotechnology joint venture established in early 2026 through a partnership between WY Biotech and HCW Biologics. The company focuses on the development and commercialization of next-generation immunotherapies, specifically targeting oncology and autoimmune diseases. Trimmune leverages the proprietary TRBC (T-cell receptor beta constant) platform to create multi-functional fusion proteins designed to activate and direct the immune system toward diseased cells. Its lead candidate, HCW11-006 (internally designated TB006), is currently in pre-clinical development for solid tumors, with Phase 1 clinical trials expected to commence in the first half of 2027. The venture is financially backed by prominent investors including CITIC Medical Fund and the global contract research organization TigerMed. Trimmune's strategic model emphasizes capital-efficient clinical execution in China while maintaining a pathway for global development and commercialization.
