Its technology was widely adopted by over 110 healthcare facilities and 450 clinical laboratories across the U.S., U.K., Canada, and the Asia-Pacific region. In 2003, the company was acquired by GE Medical Systems Information Technologies for approximately $78 million to enhance GE's clinical information system portfolio.
