Trudema Therapeutics is a pre-clinical stage biotechnology company dedicated to developing transformative therapies for Friedreich's ataxia (FA), a rare and progressive neurodegenerative disorder. The company's primary approach involves identifying and developing small molecule compounds that reverse the epigenetic silencing of the FXN gene to restore levels of the essential protein frataxin.
