TSI Medical

TSI Medical, officially known as Technical Solutions International, Inc., was a medical device company that specialized in the development and manufacture of proprietary surgical instruments and delivery systems. The company's primary focus was on the gynecology and urology markets, where it provided innovative tools for pelvic health procedures. Its product portfolio was specifically designed to support minimally invasive treatments for conditions such as stress urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. In May 2004, TSI Medical was acquired by Teleflex Incorporated for approximately $12 million in cash. This acquisition allowed Teleflex to strengthen its surgical product offerings and expand its reach into specialized medical markets. Following the merger, TSI Medical's operations and technologies were integrated into the Teleflex Medical division.
