TSRLabs

TSRLabs (formerly TSRL, Inc.) is a woman-owned preclinical contract research organization (CRO) and accelerator based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Founded in 1986, the company specializes in formulation development, bioanalysis, exploratory toxicology, and pharmacokinetic strategies to guide human dosing schedules. In addition to its CRO services, TSRLabs develops its own proprietary drug delivery technologies, most notably its hydrogel-forming Microneedle Array Patch (MAP) platform. The company's internal pipeline includes TSR-066 (a zanamivir MAP for influenza), TSR-825 (a trospium chloride MAP for overactive bladder), and NPP-669 (a prodrug of cidofovir for adenovirus eye infections). TSRLabs has secured nearly $20 million in non-dilutive NIH funding over the past five years to advance its portfolio and support its collaborative drug development model.
