Tufts Health Freedom Plan is a health insurance provider based in New Hampshire, formed as a joint venture between Tufts Health Plan and Granite Health, a partnership of five leading New Hampshire health systems. The company offers a variety of health insurance products, including HMO and PPO plans, specifically designed for New Hampshire employers and individuals. By integrating the clinical expertise of local health systems with the administrative and insurance capabilities of Tufts Health Plan, the organization aims to provide high-quality, coordinated care and more affordable health coverage options. Following the merger of Tufts Health Plan and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, the plan now operates under the Point32Health parent organization.
