Tulavi’s lead product, allay™ Nerve Cap with Adaptive Hydrogel Technology, is the first fully absorbable in situ device designed to protect transected nerves and prevent neuroma formation. Preclinical animal studies have shown zero neuroma formation compared to controls. Additional pipeline products targeting adhesion reduction and transected nerve repair have also demonstrated strong preclinical efficacy with no adhesion or successful sciatic nerve repair in animal models. The company is currently awaiting its first FDA de novo clearance.
