Twin Health’s Whole Body Digital Twin™ program has demonstrated significant clinical results in both randomized controlled trials and real-world settings. In a one-year RCT for type 2 diabetes patients, users of the digital twin service saw average HbA1c reductions of nearly three percentage points (from ~9% to ~6.1%), with over two-thirds achieving remission compared to none in the control group. Additional outcomes included weight loss (~14–20 lbs), reduced medication use (>70% eliminated medications), improved insulin resistance (~77%), reduced visceral fat (~67%), and decreased inflammation (~70%). Real-world data from commercial populations confirm these benefits over at least one year of use.
