TYG Oncology’s lead product candidate, TYG100, is an active checkpoint control immunotherapy targeting gastrin-driven gastrointestinal cancers. It builds upon prior clinical evidence from a similar antigen vaccine G17DT that showed survival benefits but had limited responder rates. The S-TIR™ platform enhances immunogenicity dramatically with faster and stronger antibody responses (~1000x larger than G17DT) and near-universal responder rates (~100%). No serious adverse effects have been observed so far. Another program TYG200 targets HER2/neu breast cancer with promising preclinical results showing strong humoral and cellular immunity superior to existing antibodies like trastuzumab[1][6][7][9].
