Azienda ULSS 16 Padova was a public healthcare authority serving the city of Padua and its surrounding municipalities in the Veneto region of Italy. As a key component of the Italian National Health Service, it managed a wide network of facilities including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and social-sanitary centers. The organization was responsible for providing comprehensive medical services, ranging from emergency care and specialized surgery to public health prevention and mental health services. It maintained a strong relationship with the University of Padua for clinical training and research activities. On January 1, 2017, ULSS 16 was merged with neighboring health units to form the Azienda ULSS 6 Euganea as part of a regional administrative consolidation.
