Unicorn Biotechnologies has launched its first product "Emmet," an integrated benchtop instrument that automates every step in the mammalian cell culture process. The system has been validated with sensitive pluripotent stem cells and can handle a wide variety of mammalian cells. The company’s solutions are designed to standardize workflows, reduce human error/labor costs by over 80%, cut variability by more than half, and lower production costs by up to 50%. They are expanding their pipeline with new instruments targeting organoid culture, micro-arrayed suspension techniques, and cGMP-compliant production systems for regenerative medicines.
