Unison Health Plan was a managed care organization that specialized in providing government-sponsored health insurance programs, including Medicaid, Medicare, and the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP). Headquartered in Monroeville, Pennsylvania, the company served hundreds of thousands of members across several states, including Pennsylvania, Ohio, Delaware, and Tennessee. Originally founded as Three Rivers Health Plans, the company rebranded to Unison in 2005 to reflect its expanding geographic footprint and commitment to coordinated care. In 2008, Unison was acquired by UnitedHealthcare's AmeriChoice subsidiary, and by 2011, the brand was retired and fully transitioned to the UnitedHealthcare Community Plan.
