United Biomedical Asia is a Taiwan-based biopharmaceutical company within the UBI Group focused on vaccines, antibodies, and protein biologics for human health. The company is best known for UB-612, a multitope protein/peptide COVID-19 vaccine that has been studied through Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3 development, and for UB-421, an anti-CD4 monoclonal antibody for HIV. In addition to product development, the company has biologics and injectable manufacturing capabilities in Taiwan and has been described as operating CDMO services.
