United Health Services (UHS) is a comprehensive, non-profit healthcare system and the leading provider of medical services in the Southern Tier region of New York. Formed in 1981 through the consolidation of three regional community hospitals, the organization operates a robust network including four hospitals, primary care centers, and specialty clinics. Its flagship facilities, UHS Wilson Medical Center and UHS Binghamton General Hospital, serve as regional referral centers for high-complexity specialties such as level II trauma, cardiac surgery, and neurosurgery.
