United Wound and Skin Solutions

United Wound and Skin Solutions was a Sanara MedTech subsidiary focused on virtual wound and skin care services, wound diagnostics, and value-based care infrastructure for chronic wound management. The entity was formed in 2020 to hold Sanara’s investments and operations in wound and skin care services and was associated with commercialization efforts around bedside wound imaging, molecular wound-healing diagnostics, and telehealth-enabled consult workflows. It operated under the WounDerm name and later transitioned to Tissue Health Plus, which became the operating brand and then the renamed legal entity. In 2025, Sanara disclosed that it was evaluating strategic alternatives for Tissue Health Plus and later announced discontinuation of its operations. The business was healthcare-related, but it was not a drug-development biotech company with a conventional therapeutic pipeline.
