Unokin Biological Engineering is a Chinese biotechnology company specializing in the research, development, and commercialization of long-acting recombinant protein therapeutics. Utilizing its proprietary Human Serum Albumin (HSA) fusion protein technology platform, the company designs biologics with significantly extended half-lives to reduce dosing frequency and improve patient compliance. Unokin's lead candidate is HSA-rhGH, a long-acting growth hormone fusion protein currently in Phase III clinical trials for children with growth hormone deficiency (GHD).
