Upgraid

Upgraid was a U.S.-based proactive healthcare and nutrition company founded in 2019 that developed science-backed, plant-based consumer health products aimed at reducing inflammation, stress, and body aches without synthetic chemicals. The company positioned itself at the intersection of preventive wellness, clinical nutrition, and behavioral support, combining supplement products with coaching, education, and later digital care concepts. In July 2021, Upgraid merged with MEND, and the combined business moved forward under the MEND brand. Following the merger, the Upgraid name continued as "Upgraid by Mend," a remote patient support program focused on surgery preparation, recovery, weight management, and long-term lifestyle change. As a standalone company, Upgraid is no longer independently active.
