UpHealth is a public digital health and healthcare services company focused on technology-enabled behavioral healthcare and care management infrastructure. Historically, the company assembled a portfolio spanning integrated care management, telehealth infrastructure, digital pharmacy, and behavioral health through a series of acquisitions and a 2021 SPAC merger. After selling Cloudbreak Health in March 2024, UpHealth simplified its strategy around TTC Healthcare, its behavioral health services business, while continuing to manage legal proceedings related to its earlier Glocal transaction. The company provides a continuum of behavioral health services and has also developed health IT assets such as the SyntraNet integrated care platform. UpHealth is not a drug-development biotech or pharma company; it is better classified as a healthcare technology and services business with commercial operations.
