Uptima

Uptima was a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing a proprietary platform for the targeted delivery of therapeutic agents across the blood-brain barrier (BBB). The company's primary technology utilized a unique carrier molecule designed to bypass the BBB, enabling the delivery of drugs to the central nervous system that would otherwise be excluded. Its lead candidate, UT-101, was a novel formulation of a chemotherapy agent specifically developed for the treatment of recurrent glioblastoma.
