UroPartners is a large Midwest urology group practice providing commercial-stage specialty healthcare services across Chicagoland and parts of Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. The organization delivers comprehensive urologic care through a network of more than 30 locations and over 90 providers, with services spanning office-based urology, radiation oncology, pathology, prostate cancer centers, and imaging/interventional radiology. Rather than a drug-development biotech, UroPartners is a patient-care delivery organization focused on diagnosis, treatment, and longitudinal management of urologic diseases. The company was privately held and in February 2023 joined Solaris Health, a national urology services platform now branded Urology Alliance. Its business is centered on specialty physician practice operations, cancer care, diagnostics, and integrated outpatient urology services.
