US-China Business Council

The US-China Business Council (USCBC) is a private, non-partisan, non-profit organization representing approximately 270 American companies that conduct business in China. Founded in 1973, the council provides advocacy, research, and advisory services to help its members navigate the complex commercial and political landscape of US-China trade. While not a life sciences company itself, its membership includes many of the world's largest pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare corporations. The organization operates from its headquarters in Washington, DC, with additional offices in Beijing and Shanghai to facilitate direct engagement with Chinese officials and stakeholders.
