US Compounding, Inc. was a prominent 503B drug compounding outsourcing facility headquartered in Conway, Arkansas, that specialized in manufacturing customized medications for human and veterinary use. The company provided a diverse portfolio of sterile and non-sterile products, including bioidentical hormone replacement therapies, corticosteroids, and specialized treatments for pain management and autism. Acquired by Adamis Pharmaceuticals in 2016, it served as a key revenue driver and manufacturing hub for the parent company's specialty pharmaceutical interests. However, following regulatory challenges and a strategic pivot by Adamis, the company's human compounding assets were sold to Fagron in 2021, and its operations were officially wound down by October 2021. The former Conway facility was later acquired by FarmaKeio Custom Compounding in 2023 to support their own expansion in the sector.
