The company was created to acquire the U.S. commercial rights to mature, established branded prescription drug portfolios from major pharmaceutical companies, including Novartis and Sanofi US. Its portfolio includes well-known products such as Lopressor, Lotensin, Lasix, Demerol, and Parlodel. Validus Pharmaceuticals LLC serves as the exclusive manager and operator of these product lines, handling their manufacturing, distribution, and marketing to meet ongoing clinical needs.
