USMD Hospital at Fort Worth was a physician-led, acute care hospital located in Fort Worth, Texas, that provided a range of specialized medical and surgical services. As part of the USMD Health System, the facility focused on delivering high-quality care in areas such as orthopedics, cardiology, and gastroenterology. The hospital operated as a partnership, with Texas Health Resources holding a majority interest and USMD providing management and operational support. In 2016, its parent company, USMD Holdings, was acquired by WellMed Medical Management, a subsidiary of Optum and UnitedHealth Group. The hospital was known for its patient-centered environment and the use of advanced technologies, including robotic-assisted surgery.
