Valera Pharmaceuticals was a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on developing, acquiring, and commercializing products in urology and endocrinology. Its lead marketed product was VANTAS®, a once-yearly leuprolide acetate hydrogel implant for advanced prostate cancer.
